All workshops can be taught on a larger scale for groups beyond 20 guests. While most clients contact me for events with fewer than 20 people, I regularly accommodate mid-sized and large-scale events as well.

Groups of 41–499: Please contact Ashley for a custom quote. Pricing may include bulk rate discounts and additional staffing needs.

Groups over 500: I’m happy to explore custom solutions for extra-large events. Please reach out directly to discuss your vision and receive an event-specific quote.
All events include expert instruction from Ashley, all necessary materials, and setup/cleanup support (approx. 30 min before and after). Most workshops run 2 hours of creative time and can be customized for your unique group.

Adults:

• $35/person – 11"x14" canvas (min. 10 – max. 20)

• $45/person – 16"x20" canvas (min. 8 – max. 20)

Youth (Ages 12 & under):

• $20/person – 8"x10" canvas (up to 11 participants; $15 for each additional)

• $30/person – 11"x14" canvas (min. 10 – max. 20)

• Glass Etching Workshop – $40/person (2 glasses; multiple styles offered)

• Mixed Media Art Class – $55+/person (canvas or wood panel project)

• Wood Scorch/Burning Class – $55+/person (choose from wood project collection)

• Encaustic Sampler Workshop – $75/person (includes two 6"x6" panels and instruction)

Set up like a creative buffet, guests choose from 5 mini art stations and work at their own pace. Perfect for baby showers, weddings, open houses, and team-building.

📅 Booking & Payment Policies 

• A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to book your date

• Final balance is due before the event begins

• Additional guests or upgrades on the day will be added to your final total

• Guest registration links are available upon request

• Venue must have tables, chairs, access to water, and (if needed) electricity

📆 2-Day Encaustic Intensive Workshop

Join Ashley Ellis for an immersive deep-dive into the world of encaustic art. Learn everything from basic layering to image transfers, texturing, shellac burns, and monoprinting.

Time: 10AM–4PM, Saturday & Sunday
Cost: $295 + $40 materials fee
Class Size: 4–6 students
